Skating is an activity that provides us with many benefits for our physical and mental health. Prepare your workout permit you achieve a better performance during the practice. Let's see!!

Choosing your outfit and accessories is part of the ritual of every outing. Choose lightweight, flexible, and comfortable clothing that makes you feel secure.
Watch. It is very important to record the time, distance, average speed, and heart rate. This will help us assess progress in each training session.
Keep your phone where it doesn't bother you and you can move with ease. Choose a good playlist and enjoy the positive energy.
Use protective gear, and most importantly, a helmet to prevent injuries.

Glasses block UV rays and prevent mosquitoes from entering your eyes.

Listening to music is essential to complement a good route.

Check the skates

Wheels. If they are very worn on the inside edge, you should turn them the other way.

General adjustment. Check that the nuts securing the boot and wheel axles are properly tightened.

Bearings. Rotate the wheels to see the condition of the bearings. If the wheel doesn't spin or makes a loud noise, you should lubricate or clean them.
